This movie is directed by Malay director,YASMIN AHMAD.He also is Sepet script writer.This the popular movie recently.19-year old Ah Loong is in charge of a stall selling pirated vcd's. Contrary to what you might expect someone of his social standing to be, Ah Loong is an incurable romantic with an unlikely hobby - he loves to read and write poetry. Quite content to carry on being the Romeo of the slums, Ah Loong's life takes a sudden turn one day when a 16-year old Malay schoolgirl arrives at his stall in search of Wong Kar-Wai's films.
I haven't seen this movie yet,but i think i will see this movie tomorrow or as soon as posible.
Actually,I never watch local movie at all.But seen Puteri Gunung Ledang was coming famous,I start pay attention about local movie.
They never make me dissappointed at all since that time.I feel very happy about developement of local movie.
They not only successful improve local movie and art but also made oversea movie's festival begin pay some attention by Malaysia's movie.
